Okay, so my last post touched on the fact that Superman needed to call Comcast to resolve an issue related to our switch over to their high speed internet (which I love...it is so amazing!). I really wasn't complaining about Comcast. I've really been pleased with our dealings with them and Superman had no difficulty resolving the issue with their customer service rep, but if he hadn't, I think he'd be pleased to know just how responsive Comcast really was.
