Just wanted to remind you that we'll be beginning our 30 Day Shred Challenge on MONDAY! I know LoveAphid and Melissa will be joining in and I know K back in So Cal has committed to do it, too. Alicia is on the fence, but I hope she jumps in! I also heard that Katie is biking every day, so she needs us to encourage her habit. Even one of my neighbors here is game. I hope more of you are considering this 30 day challenge to get moving.
To recap:
This is not a pure 30 Day Shred Challenge because my goal is to encourage my friends to get up and move for at least 20 minutes a day, every day, for 30 minutes. If you don't want to, or can't, do the 30 Day Shred, that is fine with me. It is so easy to get out of the habit of moving every day that just committing to doing something is huge!
So, if you've got a Wii that you haven't been using, get on it! If you've got a stationary bike, pedal it! A treadmill? Walk. A sidewalk? Pound it! Do something for 20 minutes every day and come share here and on your blog. I'll support you and you'll support me and together, we'll make ourselves proud of the way we've cared for our bodies.

Trying to get back to my Wii, But right now my living room is in a state of flux. All I said was Honey, do you think the enertainment center would fit on that wall. Since we don't have cable, we aren't tied to any one wall. Well he said no, so I thought no biggie. Then today he said, he'd try it though our reception might not be good there. We only get TV via our roof antena. So right now, my living room looks like theives came in and well saw our video equipment was bought in 1980 and decided to just leave it all in the floor. So if he finds the floor by Monday, I will try and hop on. ;)

I may keep up my PT treatments. Lost 1/2 inch off my waist. Who would have thought it? Knew my stomach was sore, but I thought I was all in my mind...

Today I got home from work after 9pm. I should actually be in bed right now but I wanted to post a blog real quick. This entire week is going to be the same (same patients when I work 3 days in a row). Although I might be doing it a little different to accommodate my 12.5-13 hour days, I am still right there with you! I will start Wed morning if I get home too late tomorrow after work (or if I am dead beat tired) and will do it consistently on my days off with you!

So Erin, you going to be like magazines. Two days of shred, two days of recipes... LOL Okay, I am stalling. I don't want to clean house today. I was enjoying shopping for my grandneice this morning. Baby shopping is more fun than exercising. I was walking looking at pink clothes. Doesn't that count for something. I spent lots of money. That should count as an exercise in something. Since I was debt free when I left home. LOL Okay, I guess the living room isn't going to clean itself right?
Man, I keep SAYING I need to start working out, and then in the evenings when I get off work.... there's the hustle and bustle of home life awaiting me. Then when it's all over, I flop myself down on the couch and getting back up is... next to impossible. ha ha ha
One of these days though!!!!

Okay..20 minutes a day. I CAN commit to that!!!
