Just wanted to remind you that we'll be beginning our 30 Day Shred Challenge on MONDAY! I know LoveAphid and Melissa will be joining in and I know K back in So Cal has committed to do it, too. Alicia is on the fence, but I hope she jumps in! I also heard that Katie is biking every day, so she needs us to encourage her habit. Even one of my neighbors here is game. I hope more of you are considering this 30 day challenge to get moving.
This is not a pure 30 Day Shred Challenge because my goal is to encourage my friends to get up and move for at least 20 minutes a day, every day, for 30 minutes. If you don't want to, or can't, do the 30 Day Shred, that is fine with me. It is so easy to get out of the habit of moving every day that just committing to doing something is huge!
So, if you've got a Wii that you haven't been using, get on it! If you've got a stationary bike, pedal it! A treadmill? Walk. A sidewalk? Pound it! Do something for 20 minutes every day and come share here and on your blog. I'll support you and you'll support me and together, we'll make ourselves proud of the way we've cared for our bodies.
