Valiant is becoming quite the "King of the Barbecue" since we've gone primal. Last night's dinner was definitely the result of his ever-improving technique.
Steak, perfectly done, paired with steamed broccoli smothered in butter and melted cheese. Perfect.
Again, an easy primal meal. Are you starting to see what I'm talking about? This is totally doable!

I've actually started this week trying to do just protein and a salad/vegetable for dinner, and cutting out bread at lunch. I'm looking forward to the weather here getting just a little drier and a little hotter, so we can break out the grill. It adds so much flavor to meat.
I'd love to know what you're doing to add protein in to your meals...our collective minds hold so much creativity.
