My only problem is that it is aimed at girls. My 11 year old gets it from his father and step mother (hell, I live with this, why on Earth would I want to pass it on?!) and they tell him he's fat, he can't eat this, that...don't eat sugar you'll get fat...
Boys have all the esteem issues girls do, but very few people consider them. Yes, it's a nice message, but it makes male disordered eating and image remain a joke.
